Time to take a break

The Milwaukee Community Music Blog will take a break and return on Sunday September 4 with a list of the different community music groups that perform, and may be looking for members.  Until then, stay cool and enjoy the rest of the summer.

Concert remainder

The Milwaukee Police Band performs at the Marcus Center Peck Pavilion on Sunday August 21.  On my list, this is the last community music group performance of the summer season.  Be sure to stop by and enjoy the music one last time.

Support your student musicians

The Wisconsin State Fair is in full swing.  Every day a number of school music groups will perform on the stages, around the grounds, and in the daily parade.  Be sure to take in a performance or two and show your appreciation to these budding musicians.

And maybe enjoy a cream puff!
